Wash and Fold Questions
We use only premium brand products when we launder your clothes.
For our standard, next day service, it is $2.50/lb. For same day service, it is $3.50/lb.
There is a 10-pound minimum for all wash and fold orders.
Standard orders have a 24-hour turnaround. (Orders dropped off on Friday are ready on Monday) We also offer same day turnaround for an additional cost.
We never wash or dry your laundry with anyone else's. We know that this can lead to mix ups and cross contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $2.75 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $3.25 a pound.
There is a $30 minimum order for pickup and delivery.
It's easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
Our turnaround time for pickup and delivery is 24-hours. If you have a pickup on a Friday your clothes will be returned to you on Monday.
You do not! Let us know in the "Driver's Notes" where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find them. You will receive a text message when the driver has successfully picked up your laundry bags.
There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you like your laundry done a certain way. These preferences are saved and will be referred to every time we do your laundry.
There is no contract! We know that you will stay with us as long as we continue to provide you with excellent service.
We ask for your credit card information when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a sturdy trash bag that can be cinched closed.
If you are on a recurring schedule and plan to be out of town you can log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
